Upscale and clean hotel, the staff who served us were accommodating, and it had favourable location very close to everything in the main city.

It was a quiet little and nice hotel in a fairly nice area, very close to night market and public transport and Chiang Mai Old Town. The location was marvellous and incredible, at walking distance from Three Kings Monument. We greatly enjoyed sleeping 1 night in this property.

The value for money at Ten Boutique House was excellent. The room was comfortable and well-presented, with a separate shower and toilet. The location was great, close to several wats and the Sunday walking street. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay.
The breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps offering a wider variety of options.
